Landscape Laborer

We are looking for a Landscape Laborer to join our lawn care team. We are looking for mindful humans who love working out side and are willing to work hard. Working in lawn care and landscaping is hard work. We find the job to be quite rewarding getting to work outside, doing something different all the time as well as being part of a smaller family like team. Team members typically work 4 days a week / 40 hours. We are looking for grounds team members that are comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers, have installed mulch, planted plants, trimmed shrubs, Our team works in various types of weather conditions, and we pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ properties looking beautiful regardless of weather. Landscape Laborer Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to operate zero turn mower, string trimmer, blade edger, and other equipment a bonus but not a necessity. Training available.
• Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival.
• Trim shrubs and trees
• Plant flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs.
• Rake fallen leaves and remove debris.
• Properly store and handle all equipment.

Landscape Laborer Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers licenses.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping a plus, but not necessity.
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to walk several miles in a day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
