Landscape Laborer

Job Summary

This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance projects, ensuring each site meets high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, mulching, clean outs, and more
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks including pruning, edging, and soil preparation
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching and seasonal clean-up to keep outdoor spaces pristine
• Perform general construction tasks related to landscape projects while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques including tree trimming and tree care practices
• Strong work ethic with physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship
