Responsibilities

• Help build and design full landscapes
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and efficiently
• Support hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry projects
• Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilizing, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring safety standards are met at all times

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment confidently
• Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and tasks
• Valid driver’s license is a plus; experience operating excavators or other construction machinery is advantageous
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials or working on uneven terrain
