Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and the care of trees and plants. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our landscaping team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in groundskeeping activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Carry out tree trimming and tree care duties to promote healthy growth.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Help with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols while performing all tasks on-site.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and tree care practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
