Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Technician / Hardscape Installer to join our team. This role involves a mix of general lawn maintenance and installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, etc.)
• Assist with installation of pavers, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping and/or hardscaping experience
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Experience with paver installation is a plus
