Job SummaryLariat Lawn & Landscapes, LLC is looking to build a dependable roster of per diem landscape laborers available for as-needed work. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible outdoor work with opportunities to be called in when extra help is needed on landscaping and lawn care projects.

Work availability will depend on workload, project schedule, season, and weather conditions. Some assignments may be a few hours, a full day, or several days in a row.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with mulch installation, bed cleanups, and general landscape maintenance
• Pull weeds, prune shrubs, and remove debris
• Help with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Load, unload, and move materials such as mulch, rock, soil, and tools
• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging as needed
• Assist with seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, and property maintenance
• Support hardscape, drainage, and other outdoor improvement projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly
• Willing to perform physically demanding labor
• Able to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
• Landscaping, construction, or general labor experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• On-call / as-needed
• No guaranteed set hours
• Work may be available on short notice
• Schedule varies based on weather and project demand

Compensation

• Paid hourly or per day depending on project scope
• Rate based on experience, reliability, and type of work performed
