Landscape Laborer

Wage:

• Starting wage is $16. - $18. per hour for qualified maintenance techs and landscape techs.
• Starting wage $20 for landscape/hardscape Forman.

Benefits:

• Scheduled raises every 6 months.
• 5 paid holidays per year

• 1 week paid vacation after the first year
• 2 weeks paid vacation after the second year
• Weekends off unless rained out through the week or you request additional workdays
• 4-day work weeks (7 AM - 6 PM = 40 hr. work week) unless you request additional workdays
• Time and a half for anything over 40 hrs. per week

Requirements:

• Valid Ga. Drivers License
• No DUI's
• Must be able to be E-verified
• Must be able to work in all of the outdoor elements (Heat, Rain, Cold, etc… )
• Must be an honest, dependable hard worker that is willing to learn and take pride in their work
• Must be able to drive a box truck
• Need 1-2 years experience in lawn maintenance
• Must be able to pass a physical exam

Job Description:

• Communicate with customers.
• Be Professional, well-mannered, and courteous to all customers and potential customers.
• Experience mowing with commercial mowers, edging, weed eating, using a blower, and shrub trimming. Landscape experience like building retaining walls, french drians, raised beddings, installing sod, tree limbing, etc; is preferred as well.
• Keep your truck and equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Service your accounts in a timely manner and see to it that your route is completed on time.
• For landscape Forman-must be able to build retaining walls, install sod, irrigation, mulch, pine straw, ect.
