Landscapes USA has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Landscape Laborers / Drivers in Oklahoma City. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining and improving landscape properties. This position plays a key role in supporting daily landscape operations and ensuring properties are maintained to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf to enhance outdoor spaces
• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
• Install sod, mulch, and other ground covers
• Assist with landscape enhancements and minor hardscape installations such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Remove debris, including leaves, branches, and trash, from job sites
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support Crew Leaders and team members to ensure daily productivity and quality standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean or acceptable driving record (preferred but not required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided as needed)
• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Commitment to safety protocols and proper tool usage
