Duties

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
• Lead negotiations to secure service contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
• Manage daily account operations, including scheduling maintenance activities, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote landscape services and enhance brand visibility within target markets.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

Experience.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and expanding client portfolios.
• Experience in business development, including prospecting new clients through warm calling and outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Knowledge of technology sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
