Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

The “ Landscape Maintenance Account Manager” should be proficient in performing all tasks of landscape maintenance and acts as the direct Customer Representative for the company. This position manages maintenance accounts and acts as an intermediary between Maintenance Field Operations and Company Management.

Requirements:

• Manage multiple Landscape Maintenance Accounts while efficiently coordinating labor, equipment, materials and company resources to achieve the Company Core Values
• Be responsible for displaying, practicing, and enforcing the Safety of Employees and of the customer job site, per company standards and OSHA regulations.
• Effectively and expeditiously produce proposals for regular/extra work, and process work orders on all Landscape Maintenance accounts for our customers.
• Communicate the Company Goals, Policies, and procedures regarding Landscape Maintenance to the workforce Team Members.
• Have a minimum of 3 years Landscape Maintenance experience
• Must possess a valid driver license and be insurable by our insurance company

Desirable Skills and qualifications:

• IA Water Auditor Certification
• Applicable landscape industry certifications
• Skills with Microsoft Office Applications

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
