The Impact You'll Make
As our Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner and primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their properties are not just maintained, but elevated. You'll oversee crews, manage schedules, and anticipate seasonal needs—all while building strong relationships that turn first-time customers into long-term partners. Your work will directly shape the beauty, health, and value of landscapes across our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of commercial and residential maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, identify enhancements, and address issues proactively before they become problems.
- Coordinate with crew leaders to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
- Directly supervise crews, ensuring efficiency during morning dispatch and end-of-day returns.
- Monitor budgets, track labor and materials, and ensure profitability for each account.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf management, irrigation systems, and seasonal plant care.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to make clients feel heard and valued.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic budgeting.
- A valid driver's license and a commitment to safety.
