A
Business Development Manager
is responsible for pursuing new sales while growing and maintaining customer relationships. This position will develop relationships, anticipate customer needs, trouble shoot problems, and close sales. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s purpose and demonstrate our core values.
As a Business Development Manager at Elevations/ Schill Grounds Management, you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:
JOB SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
WORK CONDITIONS
Employees in this position should expect frequent local travel and must be able to offer flexibility with work hours outside of regular business hours to meet client needs. This position may require working from various locations or from home, as needed.
