Summary

As a Landscaping Crew Leader at 1899 LLC, you will oversee a team responsible for transforming and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients enjoy beautiful landscapes that enhance their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew in various landscaping projects from design to execution.
• Ensure high-quality landscape maintenance including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscaping and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
