Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to assist in leading our landscaping and groundskeeping teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance across various properties. Your skills in landscaping and lawn care will drive the success of our projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties

• Timely completion of tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulch installs and seasonal cleanups
• Oversee the repair of irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are used safely and efficiently
• Lead landscaping projects such as planting beds, sod installation, construction of landscape features, and tree care activities
• Transport materials using a provided truck and trailer

Requirements

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping or lawn care perfered
• Basic knowledge of tree care practices, gardening techniques, and general maintenance procedures preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods
