Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary:

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading landscape maintenance crews, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining safety and operational standards across job sites. This role requires hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing landscaping or maintenance crews.
• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction practices.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass company background and driving checks.
  
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Experience with pruning, planting, mowing, irrigation maintenance, and general landscape upkeep.
• Familiarity with daily job site inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Skilled in crew scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management.
• Proficiency in documenting work completed, including timesheets, mileage, equipment usage, and billable work.
  
  
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews to ensure adherence to company standards, safety procedures, and client expectations.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings and ongoing training for crew members.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites to maintain safety and operational standards.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including mowing, planting, pruning, and street maintenance.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions and initiate repairs when necessary.
• Complete daily administrative duties, including timesheets, mileage logs, equipment tracking, and extra billable work documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between crews and management, addressing any issues related to personnel, equipment, or job progress.
• Uphold a positive and professional image with clients, team members, and company representatives.
