Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Well-established landscaping company seeking a qualified and experienced individual for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman position. We are looking for a motivated leader who can supervise his crew, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure properties are serviced professionally and efficiently.
The primary responsibilities of this position include leading and supervising a landscape maintenance crew, ensuring all assigned properties are completed to company standards, overseeing daily crew productivity and safety, and maintaining professional communication with customers while on-site. The foreman is responsible for managing crew members, operating and overseeing trucks and equipment, and ensuring all tools, vehicles, and job sites are properly maintained and organized.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in the field.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews on a daily basis
Ensure all properties are completed efficiently and to company quality standards
Oversee crew safety and enforce company procedures and policies
Responsible for assigned truck, trailer, tools, and equipment maintenance/cleanliness
Train and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity
Communicate professionally with customers and property managers while on-site
Monitor job quality, and completion of daily tasks
Assist crews with mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance as needed
Report any property issues, equipment concerns, or customer requests to management
Ensure team members maintain professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications:
3+ years of landscape maintenance experience preferred
Previous foreman or crew leader experience strongly preferred
Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record required
Ability to drive truck and trailer preferred, but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and customer service oriented
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
