Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and energetic Turf Maintenance Foreman to lead 2-3 person teams executing daily lawn care routes throughout Livingston County on time with unwavering customer satisfaction. Customer-centric leadership is an essential trait of an ideal candidate as recurring business and customer referrals are the lifeblood of our growth. Taking direction from and following through on the coaching and guidance of the business owner is essential to long-term success in this role. Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with Chauffeur endorsement
• 3-5 years of experience as a member of teams serving commercial and residential customers
• Unwavering quality. The quality of the work we deliver to our customers is what differentiates us from our competition
• Proven experience leading teams of lawncare professionals out in the field
• Experience rigging, hauling, and operating heavy equipment
• Effective communication skills. Ability to work with teams, follow instruction, and achieve goals
