Job Summary
Nature’s Perspective Landscaping is looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Foreman to lead landscape maintenance crews throughout Chicago’s North Shore. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about horticulture, team leadership, customer service, and delivering high-quality outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily crew operations
• Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, mowing, planting, bed care, and seasonal cleanups
• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete job site reporting and time tracking
• Ensure job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Train and support crew members in the field

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants, pruning, horticulture, and basic irrigation repairs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
