Landscape Maintenance Gardener

The Green Fuse is a female-owned landscape design, installation, and garden maintenance company serving the Denver metro area for 26 years. We specialize in Native, Xeric, and Ecologically Responsible Landscapes - we are NOT a lawn care company.

We’re looking for plant-savvy, detail-oriented gardeners who take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful, transformative outdoor spaces.

** What You’ll Do

• Provide detailed garden care (pruning, weeding, deadheading)
• Monitor plant health and respond with appropriate care
• Identify trees, shrubs, and perennials and understand seasonal needs
• Assist with irrigation checks and adjustments
• Prune shrubs and small trees with attention to plant health and aesthetics
• Planting enhancements
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually beautiful garden spaces
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed

** Qualifications

• 1+ year of gardening or horticulture experience
• Strong plant identification skills (trees, shrubs, perennials)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors and perform hands-on garden care throughout the day
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Valid driver’s license
• English required; Spanish is a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (40–45 hours/week)
• Optional weekend work (not required)
