Responsibilities:

CEPRA Landscape is actively seeking interns for the Florida market. This is a customized hands-on approach to gain experience in the industry.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in any areas of Horticulture or Business Management, Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Construction Management and Agricultural Business.

Duration: 10–12 weeks paid internship featuring cross-functional training across key departments.

Cross Training: The program includes Interdepartmental learning across multiple areas, including Maintenance, Enhancements, Irrigation, Sales, Estimating and Design

Mentorship: Pair up with a designated mentor to provide guidance and support throughout the duration of the program

Technical Knowledge: learn about proper safety protocols, horticultural best practices and components of an irrigation system

Job Shadowing: work alongside management and sales to familiarize with client relations and day-to-day operations
