Landscape Maintenance Laborer

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our team! If you have a strong work ethic, landscape maintenance and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Position: Landscape Maintenance Laborer
Location: El Mirage, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive, $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are met
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Requirements:

• Experience in landscape maintenance (crew leadership experience is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable and team-oriented
