Landscape Maintenance Senior Superintendent

Job Description

The Landscape Maintenance Senior Superintendent will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of landscapes for various projects across the region. This position involves managing projects and personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The Superintendent must understand clients' concerns and provide effective solutions to meet their needs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the company, the Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion, and implementing best practices in landscape maintenance. Additionally, the Superintendent will be involved in scheduling, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our landscape maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise landscape management crews
• Manage personnel and projects
• Train and develop employees
• Perform Site inspections
• Understand costs and budgets of ongoing projects
• Front line customer contact on sites
• Understand client's concerns and provide solutions

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 2 years landscaping experience + managing multiple crews
• Maintain a currents driver’s license
• Meet or exceed quality while being following OSHA compliance
• Managerial experience with crews ranging from 2-4
• Ability to walk, bend, lift and carry 40lbs – 80lbs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
