Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone who has minimum 4 years of landscape maintenance experience on there resume. Also who is insurable with less then 2 points on there license.

If you do not meet these qualifications you will not be considered for the position.

An Operations and Maintenance Supervisor is Valley Oasis Landscaping representative responsible for providing oversight, coordination, and completion of the work of one or more maintenance crews with specialized skilled craft areas to provide maintenance to business and residential clients. Areas of trades include and not limited to , planting, irrigation, mowing, edging, pre emerging, fertilizing, plant identification, tree trimming, raking, blowing, setting irrigation time clocks, fixing small irrigation leaks and beautifying yards. Monitors, inspects, job estimates, provides oversight, and technical guidance and training for Business and Residential Landscape maintenance crews.

JOB DUTIES

Plans, organizes, estimate maintence jobs, coordinates, and monitors work activities, provides technical oversight and assistance with vehicles and equipment maintenance and repair, Training of crews and ensures quality and timeliness of work completion. Monitors, inspect jobs, estimate jobs, and technical guidance and training for Business and Residential Landscape maintenance crews.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of maintenance experience

2 years of supervisor experience

Can lift 50lbs

Work outside in high temperatures

Valid Driver’s License with less than 2 points

Salary 42,000 – 48,000 per year

Plus commission

On the job work truck provided
