Maintenance Account Manager Landscaping

Position Overview

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage crews, and ensure properties are maintained to company standards.

This role combines field supervision, client relationship management, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in landscape maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned residential and/or commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct property inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee and support landscape maintenance crews
• Schedule services and coordinate routing
• Provide estimates for enhancements and additional services
• Identify plant health, irrigation, or maintenance issues and recommend solutions
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with training and development of field staff

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in landscape maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory or crew leader experience
• Knowledge of plant identification and plant health care
• Experience estimating landscape enhancements
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
