Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside a maintenance team of 2-3 members to provide professionally mowed lawns.
Identify additional horticulture needs at customer sites and communicate these to supervisors.
Ensure the team stays on schedule and completes routes in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records.
Perform daily maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, sharpening, and changing blades, greasing mowers, and reporting major mechanical issues.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle, both inside and out.
Accurately log activities and tasks in landscape management software (LMN).
Qualifications
At least 1 year professional landscape maintenance experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driving record and insurability by company insurance is a plus.
Availability for snow maintenance during winter months.
Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.
Experience with LMN or similar mobile time tracking applications is beneficial.
Pesticide applicator's permit is a plus.

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
