Landscape Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of the grounds surrounding our facilities.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and possesses a strong commitment to maintaining a professional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment year-round.
• A Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all exterior areas of a property—including lawns, landscapes, gardens, and hardscapes—are attractive, safe, and well-maintained.
• This position typically involves a mix of physical labor, knowledge of horticulture, and the operation of various landscaping equipment.
