What You’ll Do As our Landscape Account Manager, you will be the head coach of a beautiful 120-acre campus. You aren't just managing a crew; you are a Grounds Management expert ensuring every inch of turf is event-ready.

• Lead and develop a team of 10–12 landscaping professionals.
• Oversee elite turf grass management and complex irrigation systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring elite client relations.
• Utilize internal software to track production and maintain administrative precision.
• Serve as the Landscape Account Manager for all high-visibility events.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: Proven track record in landscape leadership or grounds management.
• Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of warm and cool turf grass and irrigation.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse crew and manage high-level client expectations.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating software for reporting and scheduling.
• License: A valid Driver’s License is required to operate the company vehicle.
