Develop and implement landscape maintenance schedules for private gardens, parks, green belts, and all public softscape areas.

Oversee the planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and replacement of plants, trees, and shrubs.

Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use.

Continuous site inspections to ensure landscaping meets design standards and environmental requirements.

Prepare annual budgets for landscaping, including maintenance, new projects, materials, manpower, and equipment.

Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Review and approve quotations for new planting, landscape enhancements, and irrigation works.

Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for plants, materials, and services.

Ensure daily maintenance of private gardens and communal green spaces to the highest standards.

Implement sustainable landscaping practices (e.g., water conservation, native planting).

Monitor performance of irrigation systems ( manual & automatic) and organize repairs or upgrades as needed.

Maintain records of all landscape assets and maintenance activities.

Lead, train, and supervise landscape and irrigation teams, including gardeners, irrigation technicians, and supervisors.

Develop and implement training programs to upskill team members in horticulture best practices, irrigation system operation, and safety.

Set performance objectives and carry out regular performance reviews.

Promote teamwork and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Community management, maintenance, mechanical, civil works) for landscape-related works and utilities connections.

Respond to homeowners’ requests and feedback regarding private gardens.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on landscape condition, projects, and budget status to management.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture ( landscape architecture, Horticulture).
Experience:
• Minimum of 12 –15 years in landscape management, including planting and irrigation system operation.
• Proven experience managing teams and contractors.
• Experience preparing budgets, quotations, and project proposals.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of softscape maintenance.
• Good understanding of Automated irrigation systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic landscape management software (CRM).
