Landscape / Mowing Crew Member

Job Overview
Woolley Outdoors is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Landscape/Mowing Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes, primarily focusing on mowing, trimming, and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in varying weather conditions, and an eagerness to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lawn Mowing: Operate commercial-grade mowers to maintain healthy, well-manicured lawns for residential and commercial properties.
• Trimming & Edging: Use string trimmers, edgers, and blowers to clean up grass and weeds around sidewalks, flower beds, trees, and other landscaping features.
• Landscape Maintenance: Assist with weeding, mulching, planting, and general upkeep of garden beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of leaves, debris, and yard waste from the property.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain, clean, and store tools and equipment after each job, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met and exceeded.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling, and ensure the crew works in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
