Landscape Operations Manager

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

• Managing multiple landscape maintenance crews
• Customer relations
• Selling new prospective work
• Approve weekly payroll for crews and check for accuracy
• Fleet and equipment management
• Manage or help perform seasonal snow jobs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School degree or higher education
• 3-5 years of landscape maintenance related work
• 2+ years of commercial snow removal experience
• 3+ years of landscaping management experience (preferred)

COMPETENCIES:

• Working knowledge and use of maintenance machines and equipment
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to lead crew members to success
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work within deadlines
• Ability to provide customer service when interacting with the public throughout the work day
• Must have the ability to manage multiple crews at one time
• Understand how to properly evaluate job performance on the individual and the landscaping contract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year + bonus incentive plan
