Landscape Operations Manager

Job Description:
Double Oak Erosion is seeking an experienced and driven Landscape Operations Manager to oversee and manage our landscape maintenance operations across multiple communities and commercial properties.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead teams, manage field operations, ensure quality control, and maintain strong client relationships while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites (HOAs, MUD disctricts, commercial properties, and communities)
• Manage and supervise field crews, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to meet project deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues proactively
• Communicate with account managers, property managers, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape operations, maintenance, or similar field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing multiple crews and job sites
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, turf management, and plant care preferred
• Ability to read and manage schedules, budgets, and service contracts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
