To support the Project Management team in coordinating and executing all landscape project activities, ensuring timely submissions, material approvals, resource allocation, and overall compliance with project specifications and client requirements. The role involves effective communication between internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to programme schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & Technical Submissions
Prepare and submit commercial and technical documents including RFI (Request for Information), Material Submittals, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the procurement team for timely material approvals and delivery schedules.
Ensure all submittals comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
2. Project Coordination & Programme Control
Support Project Manager in developing and tracking project schedules, identifying milestones and critical activities.
Coordinate with site teams for progress updates, inspections, and testing schedules.
Monitor resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials based on project priorities.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for client meetings.
3. Material & Procurement Management
Raise and follow up Material Requests (MRs) as per the approved BOQ and project requirements.
Liaise with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to site.
Maintain updated records of material status, submittals, and deliveries.
4. Client & Consultant Interface
Act as a liaison between site team, consultant, and client for coordination meetings, inspections, and clarifications.
Track and respond to consultant comments on submissions until final approval.
Ensure all site correspondence (letters, NCR responses, RFI clarifications) are properly documented and submitted.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Support implementation of company QA/QC and HSE standards on site.
Ensure works and materials comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, MOCCAE, and other relevant authority regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or Agriculture.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in landscape and irrigation projects within the UAE.
Proven experience in commercial submissions, material submittals, programme coordination, and procurement tracking.
Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, plants, irrigation systems, and related specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera / MS Project (preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
