Job Overview:

Rentals To Go is seeking a reliable Seasonal Landscape & Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep and appearance of our facilities and properties. This role focuses primarily on landscaping and grounds maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, and surrounding property
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as mulching, planting, leaf removal, and snow prep (as needed)
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Support general facility maintenance tasks assigned
• All other duties as assigned

• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Fast-paced operational setting supporting multiple facility needs

Job Type: Seasonal

Schedule: Seasonal position with hours based on business needs and weather conditions.

Work Location: This position will be based at physical location and is not a remote position.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Prior experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
• Ability to perform physical labor and work both indoors and outdoors

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Use proper PPE and maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and report hazards, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
