We are partnered with a growing outdoor living and construction company seeking a Landscape Sales & Design Consultant to join their team.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role focused on meeting homeowners, understanding their vision, and helping bring outdoor spaces to life from concept through completion.

If you enjoy being in front of clients, have a strong understanding of construction, and can confidently sell, this is an opportunity to build a strong book of business and earn based on your performance.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners on-site to understand their vision and project goals
• Provide recommendations for outdoor living spaces including pools, patios, decks, and landscaping
• Create basic hand-drawn sketches to communicate design concepts (no AutoCAD required)
• Develop and present project estimates and proposals
• Close sales and guide clients through the process from concept to start of construction
• Manage client relationships and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Build and grow your own pipeline through referrals and relationship-building

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor living projects (foreman, supervisor, PM, or similar background is a plus)
• Strong communication and client-facing sales ability
• Comfortable leading conversations and closing deals
• Ability to visualize and sketch concepts by hand
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow income through performance
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
