Landscape Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves performing various tasks related to groundskeeping, garden care, and the overall maintanence of landscaped areas. It is important to be able to follow direction and be adaptable to our system. We are willing to train to help teach or strengthen these skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, watering, weeding, and pruning.
• Dig, build, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other landscape features.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify any maintenance needs.
• Assist in the installation of new plants, trees, and hardscaping elements.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care practices preffered.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks preferred.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
