Turf Care Specialist (No Mowing)

As a Turf Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our customers' lawns. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Perform lawn treatments using proper techniques and professionalism.
• Explain and promote the NaturaLawn® of America program to prospective customers.
• Conduct service calls following the "Service Call Guidelines."
• Maintain regular communication with customers to prevent lawn issues.
• Operate and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and safe manner.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to resolve customer concerns.
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Project a professional image to the public.
• Complete branch production tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years.
• Experience in agronomy, horticulture, or related green industry services is a plus.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Ability to maintain a daily and weekly work schedule.
• Flexibility with work hours and schedule.
• Enjoyment of physical work and the outdoors.

Offered compensation: $19/hr - $21/hr
