Landscape Technician

Job Summary

Experience is helpful, but will train enthusiastic individual to learn landscape installation.

Duties

• Install landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like patios and walkways or rock planter beds.
• Remove existing plants/soil and weeds from area to be landscaped
• Ability to lift and move wheel barrow with soil, mulch or debris weighing 50lbs or more.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with landscaping equipment/tools.
• Prior experience in landscape installation or gardening is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care best practices.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential.

Pay: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
