What Does the Job Require (Job Description)?As a member of our landscaping crew, you’ll take part in transforming residential and commercial properties through high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade, from excavation to installation, while working alongside skilled professionals who value precision and teamwork.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing general landscape and hardscape labor
• Operating and maintaining power tools and equipment
• Assisting with demolition, excavation, and material handling
• Installing retaining walls, pavers, fences, and concrete features
• Completing tasks such as seeding, sodding, and plant/tree installation
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized worksite
• Following project plans and supervisor instructions

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or masonry is a plus, but not required. We provide on-the-job training and real growth opportunities.

What Work Schedule Is Required?Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM, with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Pay is issued every other Friday.

Work Location:You’ll be working outdoors at various project sites throughout Mid-Missouri, with a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Education Requirements / Skills:

• No formal degree required, training provided
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing manual labor
