Landscape Technician (Independent Contractor – Part-Time)

Job Overview
Anthony's Lawncare and Landscaping is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Technician to support ongoing residential and commercial lawn care projects. This is a part-time, contract-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is interested in learning the operational side of a growing landscaping business.

In addition to fieldwork, this role offers exposure to job quoting, client communication, and overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping services including:
• Lawn mowing
• String trimming
• Edging
• Leaf and debris cleanup
• Complete seasonal cleanups and basic property maintenance
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Assist in evaluating properties and learning how to quote jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites

Compensation

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
• Production-based bonuses tied to efficiency and job completion

Requirements

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

Equipment

• Contractors may use their own equipment or arrange access to equipment as agreed upon

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
