Landscape/Excavation Professional

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of three years' experience

· Must have reliable transportation

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Hardscapes (i.e. brick pavers, flagstone, retaining walls)

· Equipment Operation (i.e. skid steer, loader, excavator, backhoe)

· Basic Equipment Maintenance (grease, check fluid levels, etc.)

· Ability to read prints and set grades (transit)

· A keen eye to details and good decision-making skills

· Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner

· Can work independently with minimum supervision

· Flexibility to work extended hours or Saturdays, when necessary

· May be required to use power and/or hand tools as needed to complete the job

· Must have initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completion

· Must have drive and motivation

Compensation:

· Pay $25-31 per hour based upon experience, skills and qualifications

· Performance bonuses

· Overtime is also available
