Landscape/Hardscape Production Manager

Inspired Spaces is a landscape design & construction company based in Hilliard, OH, specializing in high-quality outdoor living spaces including patios, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pools, and full-scale landscape installations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Production Manager to lead our field operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated leader with extensive experience in landscape construction who is ready to take ownership of job sites, manage crews, and drive production from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily on-site operations for landscape and hardscape construction projects
• Supervise, train, and develop crew members to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and client expectations
• Operate and oversee the use of equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, materials, and project logistics
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site as needed
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Assist with hands-on construction work alongside the crew as well as specialty technical projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape/hardscape construction (required)
• Prior experience in a leadership or foreman role (strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques including patios, retaining walls, decks, and outdoor structures
• Ability to read and execute plans with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment (preferred)

Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
• Requires stamina, attention to detail, and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
