Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape/Maintenance Field Supervisor to lead our maintenance crews and oversee daily operations on various landscape projects. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, supervise team members, and maintain the beauty and health of our clients’ outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction across all job sites.

Duties

• Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews in daily operations
• Assist in schedule, coordinating routes and job assignments
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Operate trucks, trailers and landscape equipment safely
• Monitor job costs, materials and labor efficiency
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients and management
• Snow removal during the winter months

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Previous supervisory or crew leader experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, plant care and seasonal services
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
