The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, and be capable of operating various tools and equipment. Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and aesthetic appeal
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as pruning, tree trimming, and plant care to promote growth and health
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for planting, trimming, and installing landscape features
• Operate equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation and hardscape projects
• Install irrigation systems ensuring proper coverage and functionality for landscape areas
• Maintain gardens by planting new flora, mulching beds, and managing seasonal plantings
• Execute both commercial and residential pressure washing duties
• Construct hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during operations
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on-site

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance roles
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and construction machinery such as excavators
• Familiarity with landscaping principles, tree care techniques, and garden management
• Experience in irrigation system installation and troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of pressure washing operations is desirable
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
• Prior experience with hardscape construction or general construction work is advantageous

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
