Landscaper

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the natural beauty of our clients’ properties. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, inviting environments. Duties

• Perform landscape installation tasks including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming trees and bushes, pruning, edging, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine.
• Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and heavy machinery (excavators) safely and efficiently.
• Provide lawn care services including fertilization, overseeding, and snow plowing during winter months to ensure year-round landscape health.
• Assist with horticultural tasks like soil preparation, planting new greenery, and ongoing landscape enhancement projects.
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or landscape redesigns while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools is essential for safe operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and tree care procedures.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, mowers, and other machinery confidently.
• Knowledge of gardening best practices, and snow plowing operations is preferred.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
