Landscaper

Orange County Property Management, LLC is hiring! We are looking for motivated, reliable, and skilled individuals to join our growing landscaping and hardscaping team in Williamstown, VT.

Positions Available:

1. Landscaper / General Crew Member

• Duties: Lawn mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, seasonal cleanups.
• Skills: Basic landscaping knowledge, physically fit, dependable.
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred, willing to train motivated individuals.

2. Hardscaper / Crew Member

• Duties: Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, install stone, brick, pavers, and basic excavation.
• Skills: Masonry and hardscaping experience, team player, safety-conscious.
• Experience: 2+ years preferred.

3. Equipment Operator

• Duties: Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other machinery for landscaping/hardscaping projects.
• Skills: Machinery operation experience, safety-focused, basic maintenance knowledge.
• Certifications: Relevant equipment/operator certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years preferred.
