Landscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Experienced Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of residential properties on a bi-weekly schedule. You will travel between client locations, delivering high-quality landscape services while serving as the eyes and ears of our management team on the ground.

Duties

• Perform bi-weekly landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup
• Inspect and repair irrigation systems, identify leaks, and ensure proper system function
• Trim and shape trees and shrubs to maintain clean, professional aesthetics
• Replace and repair landscape items as needed (plants, mulch, ground cover, borders, etc.)
• Document property conditions by taking detailed photos of each property and the full landscape after each visit
• Report any issues, damage, or concerns to management in a timely manner
• Travel independently between residential properties throughout the workday
• Maintain a clean, professional presence at all client locations

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and the ability to diagnose and repair leaks
• Experience with tree trimming and proper pruning techniques
• Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Reliable personal transportation — travel between job sites is required daily
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills for reporting to management
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
