Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently for landscape installation and repair projects
• Maintain lawns through aeration, fertilization, watering, and pest control to promote lush growth
• Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements with precision
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to support healthy growth and safety
• Support gardening efforts by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices
• Perform routine landscape inspections to identify issues requiring maintenance or repair
• Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition for ongoing use

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and garden management
• Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators is highly desirable
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal techniques
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
