Job Overview
Blooming Landscape & Design, LLC is currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Gardener/Landscaper to join our team for the 2026 season (April–November). This is a full-time, seasonal position with consistent hours (working Monday - Thursday 36–40/week) and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

We are a design-forward landscaping company focused on ecological and regenerative practices. Our work includes installing and maintaining landscapes that prioritize native plants, water conservation, soil health, and long-term sustainability.

We are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, deadheading, and plant care
• Installing trees, shrubs, and perennial plantings
• Soil preparation, composting, and mulching
• Assisting with landscape and light hardscape installation
• Loading/unloading materials and picking up supplies
• Supporting project setup and cleanup
• Occasional client interaction and simple site tasks

This role is active and hands-on, requiring lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Must have a high school degree or GED
• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Interest in ecological or sustainable landscaping is a plus

Requirements

• Must live locally (Durango area)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Physically capable of full days of outdoor labor
