Salary: $18.00 - $25.00/ hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, performing spring and fall clean-ups. This is a hands-on position that requires both technical expertise and the ability to work in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Following instruction and completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging.
Participate in seasonal clean-ups, including spring and fall leaf removal and debris disposal.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper use and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a valid Driver’s License and DOT Card.
CDL Class A/B preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping equipment, tools, and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hardscaping (stonework, patios, retaining walls, etc.).
Basic knowledge of plant identification and care.
Experience with landscape design and planning.
