Landscaper

Hello! We are looking for a Landscaper /Utility player. We are a wife & husband company who grew this company from the ground up starting in 2018. Currently we have 2 landscapers & 2 gardeners. We are looking to add a landscaper who can be a team player & help out where we need you. As we are a small business there is some crossover between the landscaping & gardening duties, at times landscapers may pull weeds /trim shrubs/etc. We can hire for part-time or full-time, we will create the right schedule for the right person. This is a positive environment but at the same time what we do is hard physical labor.

Minimum qualifications:

*previous landscaping experience preferred but not required

*Super positive attitude (no complaining, no disrespect, no drama)

*Super awesome work ethic (work efficiently, sense of urgency, proud of the work you do)

*Able to follow directions (doing the job the way we want it done and doing it right every single time)

*Like working outside (must be good working in heat or adverse weather conditions, have good physical endurance, strength, stamina)

*Must be okay with a seasonal position (We close down Jan & Feb)

Job Duties for Gardener:

Weed & grass removal from mulch & rocked areas, cutting down perennials, grasses, dead stalks, pruning shrubs, Junipers & perennials, planting flowers & shrubs, installing & flipping mulch, raking leaves, leaf/pine needle/debris removal, and spring & fall clean ups.

Job Duties for Landscaper:

Sod, rock, mulch, landscape removal & installation, irrigation, shoveling materials, digging, tree trimming, mowing, weed eating, raking, spring/fall/leaf clean ups, fence building, occasional maintenance type of work such as cleaning out gutters, power washing or staining a deck.
